What’s the cleaning process?
We always carry out an initial inspection, checking the extent of soiling and signs of permanent staining. This allows us to determine the best course of action.
An industrial strength commercial vacuum cleaner is then used to extract as much dry soil from the carpet as possible before treating the carpet with hot-water extraction techniques. Pre-spray is applied to the carpet via a pump sprayer. This spray binds and breaks down soil and other organic matter.
Our specialist machine is then used to agitate the carpet to work the pre-spray into the carpet with maximum efficiency. Once the carpet has been primed by the agitation, our state of the art Airflex Storm professional carpet cleaning machine is used to provide a heated chemical rinse to the carpet, which is then extracted using a highly powerful vacuum. The intense suction of the vacuum results in greatly reduced drying time.
Finally, all non-permanent stains are identified and treated using out range of professional chemical spotting treatments.
